We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new and upgraded website!
Our main focus with this new site was to create a better and more effective way to communicate with our users, to share news, and to allow a platform for users to provide feedback on ways we can improve our software. Most of all, we added a very advanced yet easy-to-use feature that allows users to create support tickets and request reports. It will also allow you to easily install updates for your software.
We ask you please to take a minute create a username and password so you are able to enjoy this great new platform we’ve created!
**Please note: the “support login” is for users that have been reaching out for support previous to the launch of this new platform. Everyone who received this email can create an account for the feedback forum and software update platform.
Finally, we would like to kindly ask any and all satisfied users of our software for a moment of your time in providing the following:
